Lesbian
Line, the Women’s Section
of the Cara-Friend
organization, works on behalf of lesbians and bisexual women.
The ‘Line’ has been in operation (in one form or another) since
1974 and currently organises a wide range of women-only activities,
including a helpline, ‘Sunday
Scene’ drop-in, literary discussion group and monthly
disco. Plans are afoot for
even more—such as film showings, creative writing group, etc.
The Line also runs periodic one-off events throughout the year.
As we depend on the commitment of our volunteers, we are always on
the lookout for ‘Willing Women’ to join us.
Just ring in for details.
